And this time, Mr. Nguyen The Long had a chance to share with company members about the topic of Teamwork. Unlike previous seminars, this time’s seminar was not about a technical topic but a general working skill. In the development of a project aside from technical skills like languages, frameworks, etc, teamwork is also an important factor influencing the success of the project and the whole company as a whole.  

In the first half, Mr. Long shared a rough idea of what teamwork is before going into the main subject: the basic skills and principle to a functional teamwork. In his presentation, Mr. Long had stressed the influence and importance of cooperation in works.
